Our Privacy Policy describes the information we gather about you, and the purpose for which it is used. Brazilian Blowdry Boutique will never sell your information to any third party.

What we collect:

 

  • Identifiable information necessary for the transaction or our internal records.

  • Information associated with your connection to our site including your IP address, operating system, Web browser, and page visits.

  • The email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, and any information customers volunteer.

  • Financial information, such as a credit card number, used for order processing only.

 

BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT GUARANTEE

 

Brazilian Blowdry Boutique guarantees the blowout if you buy the shampoo and conditioner from the salon. Must call in the first 30 days from appointment date and book within the 30 days. If you cancel your appointment for the redo within that 30 days the guarantee is void.

REDO POLICY

 

 

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Brazilian Blowdry Boutique.  If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with us and together come up with a solution.  Our Brazilian management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. Client redo’s will only be honored if you contact us within 7 days of the original service.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIPS:

  1.  Members are required to notify Brazilian Blowdry Boutique in writing of any change in credit card or account information on file prior to the next electronic funds transfer (EFT) date. Payment Authorization Forms are available when you come in for your service. Members are also required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Brazilian Blowdry Boutique in writing of any change of address.

  2. Members have the entire length of each month to use their services. Unused services expire at the end of each month; they do not roll over.

  3. Brazilian Blowdry Boutique memberships are non-transferable.

  4. Membership are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing with a 30-day notice.

  5. Brazilian Blowdry Boutique reserves the right to change salon rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

  6. You agree to follow salon rules and regulations. Brazilian Blowdry Boutique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING SERVICES

Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. All new clients must put down a $75.00 deposit and appointment will not be accepted until deposit is secured.

 

SALON

Only the client receiving a hair service is allowed in the suite. Exception: clients with a disability.

 

 

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

We welcome your constructive feedback! You can email us or speak with us in person.  It is our goal to exceed your expectations.

 

CELL PHONES

We want Brazilian Blowdry Boutique to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the waiting area or outside.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have in our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

 

NO CALL/ NO SHOW 

You will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled.

 

CANCELLATION OR RE-SCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SERVICE

Your appointments are very important to the staff at the Boutique. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

 

CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF A SCHEDULED EXTENSIONS SERVICE

Due to the amount of time, preparation and investment we put into fusion extension services, you will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

 

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, we send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore, all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us serve our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates.

PRODUCT RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All product returns must be within 14 days.  A store credit will be issued for opened products and a

store credit will be issued for unopened product.

 

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two weeks of the initial service

CHILDREN

Children under 13 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service and remain in the suite.

 

Children under 18 years old are considered a minor. A parent or guardian must be present in the suite.

Brazilian Blowout: 10+
Hair coloring Services: 13+     

 


THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SALON ESTABLISHMENT

If a service provider feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
